2021 RVA Celebrity Dish

The 3rd Annual RVA Celebrity Dish to benefit Podium RVA, hosted on October 7, 2021 from 6:30 – 8:30pm, will honor Anne Holton, attorney, judge, and former Secretary of Education for the Commonwealth of Virginia; Coach Dave Robbins, longtime Virginia Union University head men’s basketball coach and winner of three national titles; and George Martin, Managing Partner of McGuireWoods’ Richmond Office and former Rector of University of Virginia. We honor them each for their outstanding contributions to our city and for their commitment to ensuring that kids in our community have a rich and dynamic platform for expression and achievement. We hope you will join us as we “roast and toast” Anne Holton, Coach Dave Robbins, and George Martin.
Experience the night! The RVA Celebrity Dish includes live music, “dishing” on our honorees, spoken word from Podium students, a silent auction, fun raffle items, and more. Enjoy the fine dining and beautiful experience of The Hippodrome while simultaneously supporting those who need it the most: the youth.
This year marks Podium’s 12th year helping Richmond youth build their writing, communication, and leadership skills in preparation for success in school, career, and in life. By attending The Dish, you play a vital role in the development of these communities.

PLEASE NOTE COVID REGULATIONS: At the RVA Celebrity Dish, we expect that all who visit are following CDC and Commonwealth of Virginia guidelines because contracting COVID-19 is still a possibility.
All guests in physical attendance are expected to be vaccinated against COVID-19 or have received a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours of our event. Unless you are seated eating and drinking, please wear a mask that fully covers your mouth and nose.
Do not attend if you are not feeling well, are not fully vaccinated, or if unvaccinated, did not receive a negative COVID-19 test within 72-hours of the event. Please reach out if a refund is needed.
All Podium and Hippodrome staff will be masked. Additionally, every table will have hand sanitizer, and the Hippodrome will monitor shared spaces and restroom cleanliness throughout the evening.
